Terms of use
Draft — last updated 6 November 2026.
Who we are
Voltkoll is provided by ReturDesign / RD.SE (rd.se), built by iWheel of Sweden.
The service
Voltkoll is a free app that helps you track battery health, charge safely, check local rules and create battery-health certificates.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your login details safe. You can delete your account at any time.
Estimates, not guarantees
Battery health scores, charging advice and legal information are estimates and guidance. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and local law. Voltkoll is not liable for damage caused by how a vehicle is charged, used or sold.
Certificates
A certificate reflects the data available when it was issued. Do not alter or misrepresent certificates. We may revoke certificates that are misused.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, upload false data, or try to access other users' data.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before important changes take effect.
Law
Swedish law applies. Contact: s@rd.se.
